Graphics API

We are creating a Java based thread-save, graphics API. Graphical objects can be created within a computer program or via a provided graphical editor.

All objects are contained in a manager onto which different views can be attached to visualize the same graphics in various ways. Users and software can interact and control the created drawings or scene-graphs. The 2D or 3D presentations can be saved and loaded via XML technology.

DataGenerator

The DataGenerator project attempts to create an extendable software framework that allows to design and to execute biological in silico experiments. Units covering various fields of research can be added to the framework. The output of one unit might be further analyzed by other units allowing complex experimental scenarios.

The resulting data is visualized using our Graphics API, which permits modification and animation of data presentations.
